| Comments: | As usual, my experience at Margate Lincoln and with Walter was excellent. He expedited my getting a rental car and gave an estimate that was higher than what I ended up having to pay. He also called twice to be sure I got the first message - to let me know the car was ready. The only flaw was one Walter had no way of knowing ahead of time. When I drove away, the "check engine" light stayed on so that I came back to have it checked out. Everyone I talked with was quick to get a service person. Walter explained what likely happened. He stayed with the mechanic until it was fixed. And, fortunately, it was fixed within 5-10 minutes. We had a very good visit, as usual. |
